- 300 gms.bottle gourd (3 cups grated)

- Few cashews, pistachios and raisins for decoration

- For Ash gourd Halwa, peel and grate ash gourd,keep in water bowl.
- Heat a fry pan.Add one spoon ghee to the fry pan. Squeeze grated ash gourd to remove excess water and add it to the fry pan. Sauté the ash gourd till it becomes soft on medium flame. It may take 5 to 7 minutes.
- Then add 250 ml milk to the pan and cook till solidifies with ash gourd. (if you have 50 gms Mawa then it can be used instead of milk)
- Then add sugar to the ash gourd mixture and cook well till sugar melts fully and mixes with the mixture.
- Add cardamom powder, mix well. The ash gourd Halwa is ready. Remove it in a middle part of a serving tray.
- Similarly prepare bottle gourd Halwa add two drops of green food colour and mix well. Remove the Halwa in lower part of the serving tray.
- Next you prepare pumpkin Halwa. Add two drops of red food colour and mix well. Remove the pumpkin Halwa in top third of the serving tray.
- Arrange three Halwa in a serving tray in a sequence orange, white, green Halwa and decorate with raisins, cashews, and pistachios.
