- First in pan boil the milk and once it is boil cook the milk in slow flame for atleast hour in very slow flame till the milk turns pinkish



- Then add sugar,malai and cook again u can also use nuts it's optinal


- When we see milk texture is change and your rabdi is ready remove it from gas and cool in room temp and then add mango pulp in it and mix and keep in freeze to cool down and serve chillied mango rabdi
