- Make a paste with brown onions and chopped tomatoes.Heat the oil in a kadhai - add onions, tomato paste and cook for 10 mint. Add all dry spices and kasoori methi and cook again for 3 to 4 mint.Add milk and water and boil.



- Cut paneer into pieces.Add paneer in boiling gravy and simmer for 2 minutes.And serve with malai.
