- In one smooth movement, flip the eggs and attached bread over.

- Add cheese and ketchup.
Like it spicy? Add some Sriracha or hot sauce! (Not recommended for three year olds LOL)

- Fold the sides of the egg towards the middle of the bread.


- Fold the ends in as well.

- Finally, fold one slice of bread onto the other to create a sandwich. Cover the pan and increase the heat slightly to melt the cheese and toast the bread.

- After 30 to 45 seconds, flip the sandwich and check how toasted it is. Toast it more if you prefer, then finish toasting the other side.

- Cut the sandwich into bite-sized pieces for your child. Watch her gobble it up and realize you forgot to take a picture. 🤷♀️

- For my sandwich, I like to add furikake seasoning! You could also add sliced ham, avocado, sautéed mushrooms, or lettuce, if you like.
