- Cover the dough with a Samp cloth and let it rest in a warm place.
- Make sure that your dough balls are smooth and well oiled while you are rolling them other wise they might stick with the rolling board.
- Make sure the oil is Super other wise the bhaturas will not puff up properly and absorb a lot of oil.
- Roll the dough balls little bigger than poories and put in hot oil.
- Keep putting oil on it from the sides. Also press it lightly. This will help in making fluffy bhaturas
