- Clean and wash spinach and boil it then strain it and make a paste with ginger, garlic and chilli


- In a pan add oil and butter then add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cummin seeds once colour gets change add onion cook till transluscent



- Add chopped tomatoes and salt once tomatoes get soft add palak paste and lil water let it cook for sumtym dein add chopped paneer mix it well adjust water



- Sprinkle kasuri methi and garam masala stir and close the lid and cook till paneer gets cooked then switch off the flame and add cream and serve hot


- Note: i dont cook paneer seperately in oil
