- Soak cashews in water



- Cut tomatoes green chillies in pieces.


- Grind tomatoes, green chillies, cashews together add fresh cream.make a fine paste.

- Heat oil in kadhai add caraway seeds, bay leaves and cinnamon in it.

- Add grinded paste grated cabbage in it. Saute it nicely.


- Add dry spices,sugar and ketchup in it. Mix it. When oil started realse from the sides add milk in it.

- When gravy starts boiling add soaked cashews in it. Cook it.

- Add crushed Kasuri methi in it. Add chopped coriander leaves.

- Serve hot with tandoori roti or naan.
